Where we store data

This page provides an overview of where DigiQuip stores data. As part of our European Software Pledge, we have migrated most of our services to European providers, with UpCloud (Norway) as our primary hosting partner.
Current infrastructure

Section titled “UpCloud”Most of DigiQuip’s services and data are hosted with UpCloud. Our primary data centre is in Stavanger, Norway. This includes Kvipp, Registry, Sånn, Stemplet, shared platform services, and object storage.
DigitalOcean
Section titled “DigitalOcean”DigitalOcean hosts our legacy offering only. All legacy data is stored in their Frankfurt (Germany) data centre.
Infomaniak
Section titled “Infomaniak”We use Infomaniak (Switzerland) for our video-on-demand (VOD) platform and translation/subtitle files. Infomaniak is no longer used for general object or file storage; that has been migrated to UpCloud.
